Do I need any prior experience with AI or coding?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for business owners with minimal technical experience. If you're comfortable with basic online tools, you'll be able to follow along.

How is this different from creating bots with ChatGPT?

You’ll be able to choose whether you use ChatGPT or Claude. I recommend Claude because it gives you more power and flexibility, but we’ll explore those options together. The best bit though - you’re not limited to the CustomGPT store, and you can embed your bots on your website for full control.

How much time will this take me?

You’ll need 1–2 hours for the training and 1–2 hours to implement. You can build your bot in an afternoon.

What kind of resources work best?

PDFs, worksheets, templates, guides. Anything with a clear structure or outcome.

What kind of bots can I build?

CustomGPTs for the GPT Store, or embedded bots for your own site.

Do I need another paid tool if I already have ChatGPT?

It depends. If you’ve got ChatGPT Plus, you can build a CustomGPT with no extra cost.

But if you want to embed your bot on your site, or white-label it as a client tool or product, you will need another 3rd party software. It’s $26/month, but you can get started for free to test it out.

I’ll show you all the options, depending on what you need - so you can build something that fits your budget and your business model.
